Bass Yoga

Bass Yoga combines breath, movement and mediation with deep, emotive bass frequencies. This open practice guides participants through a gentle sequences with luscious downtempo, deep dub and instrumental world beats, all within the embrace and warmth of a sound system. 

Celebrating the connection between music, movement and consciousness, Bass Yoga allows for an immersion in the mind, the body, nature and sound; transporting and healing souls with fluid movements and warm bass vibrations.
